Jessica Wilkerson, LCSW

Jessica Wilkerson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee and Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Bethel University and her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. Jessica is EMDR trained and has spent much of her career working with adolescents and young adults in school-based, community mental health, and private practice settings. She is passionate about helping clients navigate life's challenges while building resilience, confidence, and meaningful change.

Jessica primarily works with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and stress. She believes that every person has a unique story, and therapy should be tailored to meet each client's individual needs. Jessica believes therapy does not have to feel intimidating. She strives to create a space where clients can show up exactly as they are, feel genuinely understood, and discover that healing and growth are possible, even during life's most difficult seasons. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, creating an environment where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to move toward the life they want.

Jessica integrates evidence-based approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based interventions. She believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and works collaboratively with each client to find what best supports their healing and growth.

Jessica has advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps individuals process traumatic experiences, reduce emotional distress, and move forward with greater confidence and peace.

Whether someone is navigating a difficult season, healing from past experiences, or simply seeking greater balance and purpose, Jessica considers it a privilege to walk alongside them on their journey.

Outside of the therapy office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, two dogs, and cat. She loves being outdoors, playing tennis, traveling, and making memories with family and friends.
